Most of the children in the United States are now back to school. If you are a parent of a Kindergarten or First Grader it is crucial that you are on top of their reading progress throughout the school year. Remember that the classroom teacher is most important and needs your support but this doesn’t mean that all the responsibility falls on their shoulder. You must attend parent/teacher conferences and be able to ask the right questions and know exactly where your child is in their reading journey. Support at home is important for success!
